Specializing in Anxiety, Depression & Relationship Concerns
What to expect:
In therapy sessions, I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that requires full participation and investment from the client. I hope to help clients make small changes to self-defeating behaviors and help the client identify healthy ways to cope with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain that can bring life-altering results.
Anxiety
In therapy, I assist my clients in identifying what are normal levels of anxiety, and when does anxiety start becoming problematic and interfering in their daily life. I work with my clients to identify triggers and coping skills tailored to their needs and abilities to help them better manage anxiety and improve their daily life.
Depression
If you feel like you may be suffering from depression, it's never too late to start getting help.
I assist my clients in identifying behaviors and ideas that may be contributing to their depression while helping them to regain a sense of control in their life.
Relationship Concerns
I assist my clients in identifying relational patterns, communication skills, and ways to navigate conflict. My goal is to help my clients better understand themselves and identify ways to express themselves in a safe and effective way.

Services
Individuals
Couples/ Families
Adolescents
Individual therapy is conducted between the client and myself in 50 minute sessions. Therapy sessions are held in person, or via telehealth, depending on the client’s needs. Individual therapy can help clients improve their overall quality of life through identifying coping skills, identifying maladaptive behaviors, exploring trauma, and exploring and reframing life's challenges, all while receiving unconditional positive support.
Couples and family therapy is conducted in a two to one or group setting between a couple and myself or a family and myself in 50 minute sessions. Longer sessions may be available depending on the couple and family needs. The goal of couples or family therapy is to identify healthy ways to communicate with one another and identify tools to help couples and families work through challenges that may arise.
Therapy is conducted between the adolescent and myself in 50 minute sessions. I take suggestions from parents and family to guide sessions and create goals for therapy based on observations in sessions as well as parent and family input. Adolescent therapy ranges from children ages 12-18.
