Specializing in Anxiety, Depression and Relationship Concerns
Anxiety
Anxiety is a normal human emotion that most people experience. But how much anxiety is too much? Anxiety becomes problematic when it becomes all-consuming and begins to impact our daily functioning.
Depression
Feeling sad or low energy are both part of the human experience, but when do these feelings begin to cross over into the realm of depression? These feelings become more serious when they start impacting daily life and you may no longer feel like yourself anymore.
Relationships
Conflicts arise in any relationship; however, learning how to manage conflict and respond respectfully can help make relationships stronger and more fulfilling. Learning how to communicate effectively in relationships can help alleviate stress and anxiety.
